I’ve officially seen everything

Tonight I got home from school a little early (I was dismissed from class because pretty much no one else showed up). I decided to fire up the good ol’ interwebz and find something to entertain myself when I happened upon this:

Yeah, that’s right — an elephant painting a frickin self portrait. I’ve seen some weird things in my time, but this ranks up there as one of the most memorable. I refuse to believe that the elephant is actually demonstrating creativity. Instead, I think it’s simply been trained to move the brush in a predetermined pattern. Either way, it’s still quite an amazing feat. Who knew elephants had such nimble noses?

An upset Xbox Live user

Recently, Microsoft embarked on a campaign to disable the accounts of Xbox owners who had broken the platform’s “terms of service” agreement by modifying their Xbox (usually with the intent of adding the ability to play pirated games). Not long after, all Xbox Live users were without service when Microsoft encountered problems which left the system completely offline for an extended period of time. Some people whined online, others tried to organize a ridiculous class action lawsuit against Microsoft for breach of contract.

Here is some interesting video footage of one VERY disgruntled Xbox Live member which was posted to YouTube not too long ago:

I know that’s a pretty lame post after three months of silence, but what can I say? I’ve been busy!
